Yes. We offer custom branding on many of our packaging lines. You will need to supply print-ready artwork. Minimum quantities and lead times apply for custom orders — request a quote and specify your branding requirements.

Standard delivery is 3–5 working days across mainland UK. Express next-day delivery is available on most stock items when ordered before 2pm. Custom printed orders require additional lead time — typically 10–15 working days after artwork approval.

Yes, we deliver to mainland UK. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and islands may incur a surcharge and have extended lead times. Contact us for a delivery quote to these areas.

We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), and EPS files. Artwork should be supplied at 300 DPI minimum, in CMYK colour mode, with 3mm bleed on all sides. Our team can advise before you submit.

Yes. All our food contact packaging complies with UK food safety regulations including EC Regulation 1935/2004 on food contact materials. Certification documents are available on request.

If any Products arrive damaged, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit at no extra cost. Please retain the original packaging for inspection purposes.
